I have a belgium made browning a5 it was my grandfather it has the solid rib barrel how rare are they with the it then with the others thanks

They are common as flies in a barn. Age, grade, and condition decide the value.

I have a pre war A-5 with a solid rib in my safe right now that my Dad left to me when he passed.

They are a fantastic, soft recoiling gun once you get the friction system figured out.

An A-5 with a solid or original vent rib that is Skeet or IC choked would have much more value than the ones more commonly found with Full or Modified chokes. Tom
