I need some help from you fellow THR readers out there who own a Beretta 950b pre-safety model in .22short. I have a 950t and cannot find a set of grips that will fit my pistol. I am told that the Minx grips should work, but I have been unsuccessful fitting a pair.

I would really appreciate it if one of you with that pistol would remove the grips and take a picture of each side of the pistol without the grips. I need those pictures to make comparisons to my own 950. I know it is a bit of effort. I would certainly appreciate the help.

Here are pictures of my pistol without the grips.

Just to clarify: The 950 BS grips don't work?

Try this link: http://vintagegungrips.net/ao-b15.html

If they don't have to be originals, these folks make a decent set of repros. I have ordered several sets from them and, other than the fact that they are generally shinier and newer looking than the grips they replace, they are excellent quality.

EDIT: Nevermind. I see you have a 950T, not a 950B.

That has been my biggest problem. I can't find a thing listed to see what is different for this "T" model. I just bought a set of grips from Gunbroker for a "B" model that do not work. That is the reason for my request for pictures.

Update...

Turns out my 950 pistol is earlier than the B model. I was successful in acquiring 2 sets of aftermarket grips for it. They aren't the best of quality, but at least they fit and will allow the pistol to be used again. Tanks to all who read and answered my post.
