Yelloweyness can be from the indoor lighting....found the photos on the Berettaforum..not sure if the gun is Italian or American.

Bah who cares if it's stainless or nickel, I just like the fact that it doesn't have a rail, has the Vertec style grip, and has a frame mounted safety! Might actually have to buy a Beretta if this thing makes it my way.

I hope it fits my current Brigadier holster, I can see the triggerguard, albeit different, fitting, but the safety may get in the way... :uhoh:

I think the yellow sheen is from the background yellow garment & the lighting...Skunk, I hope you're not teasing me w/ more Beretta porn & rumors :scrutiny:

So beretta makes it Single Action?

The whole cocked + locked carrying issue is what made me not want a beretta that much...thinking more about a Taurus, if I like the 92 feel.
And Taurus offers some nice looking guns, I like the gold accents and the pearl grips!

What is the advantage to having a decocker over a normal safety? Jes' wonderin

Re decocker vs safety, some of us don't want the safety on when the hammer is down--we either want cock & lock or pull trigger go bang type of actions. Exception being the P7M8.

Looks very similar to my Beretta Billennium

Single Action, Nickle Alloy Steel frame & slide.

I don't know about the SA part, but if Beretta would get rid of that lousy safety/decocker on the slide like they did with this gun I would be more inclined to get one.

But no carbon fiber, checkering, scalloped slide and caveperson :(

Is it just me or is the dustcover slightly more angled than the standard 92FS??

In a perfect world I'd be CCWing two 93Rs!

Have you looked in the South China Morning Post classifieds? Hong Kong movie studios might just be hiring :neener:

Is the dust cover angled the same way on the Billenium?

I REALLY hope it fits my Brig holster!!! :uhoh:

I like the old grip better too. I'm still not sure if I'm gonna get any more pistols now that I have two Beretta Elites. I want a Billenium but not sure about this one. I like how it looks from the trigger forward. Still trying to get used to the grip, but it don't look so bad without the rails.

This one look very reminiscent of the larger Beretta 380's...the 85(?) & Cheetah? I think...the the 92's.

The have smaller .380s?

You're right, the snout looks really Cheetah-ish, the Skunk likes.

Is this the new one mentioned in the latest Guns & Ammo? Looks interesting. My bro-in-law has been waiting on this very critter for a couple of years.
