I recently bought a Firestorm .22 semi-auto pistol. When cleaning the barrel after the first shooting session I noticed that there was a defect about one inch in from the muzzle. Using a bore light and a magnifying glass it appeared to be a small crater in one of the grooves.

I decided to send the gun to Walker Arms, an authorized service center in Selma, Alabama, after first calling them to explain the problem. A short time after they received the gun I got a letter from them stating that the barrel had to be replaced and it was being sent back to the importer.

I figured I would be in for a long wait but I was surprised when yesterday FedEx tried to deliver the gun to my door but didn't leave it because there was no one to sign for it. I had FedExed the gun on Saturday, April 10 and it was returned on Thursday, April 22. TEN DAYS for the entire round trip with the repair!

Bersa, Walker Arms and SGS (the importer in Wanamassa, NJ) deserve high praise for this excellent service.
