Best 10mm load for large game defense?

Which load would you suggest for a mountain gun in 10 mm? Heavier, slower hard nose bullet, or lighter, faster bullet? I've heard various arguments. The prevailing seems to be the former for penetration.

I'm thinking maybe this:

The heaviest and deepest penetrating 10mm in existence! This hardcast Wide Flat Nose Gas - Checked bullet will not deform on impact, and will create a large deep wound channel. Excellent for hunting or woods protection!

Ballistics : 1120fps/ 641 ft./lbs. - Glock 20

No I plan on buying a box & seeing how it shoots. I've seen reviews that it is not accurate out of the factory barrel, but I wasn't planning on using a factory barrel.

how big we talkin?
up to 400-500lbs I would use these:

or DoubleTap's counterpart.

anything larger and I would use the 230gr hardcast loads above with an aftermarket barrel, while remembering to save 1 round for yourself when you inevitably don't stop the animal

I'd use the 230 grain hard casts for bear defense if I were going to carry a 10mm for that role.
