Best beginner AR build guide

Hey folks I've been purchasing all my parts for my first ground up AR build. I've got everything along with a upper vice block, roll punch starter set, and armorers wrench. I now need some instruction on assembly. Can someone point me to the best pictorial or video for a ground up AR build. I've got to do the upper and lower all from scratch. Thanks.

although I didn't use it to build an AR, the ITS Tactical video series linked above I thought was pretty thorough.

ETA: just went through and watched Gavintoobe's Ultimate Reloader AR-MPR build series linked above and have to agree - very straight forward yet comprehensive. Highly recommend. Thanks for sharing it.
