Now is the time to get started lobbying your community officials to declare December 15th as Bill of Rights Day. Many communities have already done so and it really should be an easy sell.
The Bill of Rights is the cornerstone of all of our freedoms and it should be commemorated. Perhaps by doing so schools will be forced to acknowledge all 10 of our basic rights and children will gain some knowledge of actual history.
This is a great way to be "for" something instead of being on the defensive all the time and is an excellent opportunity to promote the Second Amendment as the guaranteer of freedom.
