My .223 Rem. 15" ENCORE has a standard forearm. I want to lock a bipod onto it to prevent canting the pistol from a sandbag. I am loathe to clamp onto the barrel. Is there a bipod adaptor that screws into the front screw hole?

Also, it came with a standard grip which is too big for my small hands. Is there is a smaller grip availible?

The Harris bipod connects to a standard sling swivel stud.

My older TC 14 inch .223 barrel forearm has two screws holding the forearm to the barrel. It just so happens the screw thread is the same as the sling stud thread. So all I had to do is put a spacer (little plastic cylinder with a hole in it) in the front forearm screw hole and cut the sling stud to the right length.
In other words I replaced the original front forearm screw with a sling stud. You can go back to the original screw just by pulling the spacer out of the screw hole.
The hardest part is finding a spacer with the right inside and outside diameter.

The bipod can be installed or removed in 15 seconds with a quarter.

It's been a long while since I've shot the TC but I think a 6-9 inch Harris bipod is the right length but measure the height you'll need.
