Someone asked about these bullets on another forum:

While I've never heard of these bullets and don't know if I would order any or not, it's still nice to see a new outfit investing in the development of a new bullet that works in all kinds of muzzle loaders without requiring a sabot. Sure they look similiar to a TC bullet, but because they have a different weight distribution, it gives folks another bullet option to try out, especially in .58 caliber.

im not sure they understand how things work really. sure a lighter bullet will travel faster and will release more of its kinetic energy faster into the target, but a lighter bullet will also have far less kinetic energy in the first place. will it not ?

they also claim flatter trajectories, which might be true. but it will be effected by wind more aswell. also if its so much lighter if it tweaks a branch or twid its gonna go haywire as opposed to a heavy lead bullet that will likely just shrud it off and keep on going.

A .45 round ball only weighs 133 grains and many people claim to harvest deer with them, and the other bullet calibers seem to be heavy enough to not worry about them being too light weight.

Maybe the 205 grain .45's will shoot good out of single shot pistols, with less recoil and a little more velocity than the standard weight rifle conicals at ~250 grains.
