I just read Ready to Defend: Tips for Living the Armed Lifestyle by Eve Flanigan.
MS. Flanigan is a security person in NM who is a firearms instructor. I was impressed by her recent review of the Avidity Arms PD10,, so I ordered the book for the Kindle. It is a quick read.
The book starts with some gun stuff, moves into a pretty good discussion of how to recognize possible danger in street encounters, talks about shooing,, covers gun choice including capacity, and goes into training.
I wouldn't compare it to The Cornered Cat, but it isn't bad.
I would be interested in input from our membership on the book.
