As others have said, that's a topwater lure. The 'gun' must have been floating or otherwise suspended on the surface for that lure to snag it.

You can SEE the Walther logo and the letter P on the slide. :banghead:

Airsoft? Hard to say. The barrel seems almost flush to the face and I can't tell if that's a mollusk or a remaining bit of orange plastic.
