Box O' Truth .223 HP vs. 00 [I can't find]

The impetus of the growing realization that a .223 rifle is equal or better for the purposes of home defense is an article purportedly by Box O' Truth. IIRC, it compared 40grn Hornady V-Max, 00(I think)-buck, and a few FMJ and HP pistol rounds. I am unable to locate this article on their site. Upon reflection, the article layout was different from what they have as well. Can someone please link me to the article of which I speak? much appreciated if you can.
