And I personally wouldn’t get a spinning drill bit anywhere near the chamber of any firearm I cared about.
I got it out by finding a screw that was just the right size so that it bit the brass just enough to pull it out. All done by hand. First time I’ve had this happen. Just brass fatigue was the culprit.
Your pushing the shoulder back too far during sizing the reason for the failure, case head separation.

That's half lucky, time is precious . I have problems but zero time and even less money... Children are wonderful but they require every bit of time, money and sanity.I guess I have been unlucky, in that I have had almost every problem to solve and not always plenty of money to dump into a solution but time to figure one out.
