Brass case brands/origins question

I would like to see a thread that lists (by caliber) members experiences with different brass (by headstamp). I am finding huge amounts or foreign brass entering the handloaders world with little or no background information on origin or conformity to SAAMI specs. Lots of foreign headstamp 9mm brass fail to headspace properly (cases too short) causing failure to fire problems. NATO headstamps aren't a guarantee, either. I know there are junk brass sellers out there preying on new handloaders with cheap foreign brass (maybe some domestic, too). A list of known quality would be good.
Don't know how you would include anecdotal discussion of brass quality when an entry was made to the list.
