The write up I read said it has a plastic frame. (Was it Guns & Ammo?) That doesn't bother me, but I'm sure it will bother a lot of folks... (Plastic/polymer, etc., can be very durable.)
I missed the price somewhere. Is it really a $650 gun? If so that is a bit much for what it is.Not sure it's $700 after taxes cute, but cute non the less.
I find myself wandering a show or the aisles of a store with enough to buy one at listed MSRP, and I'm likely to find something or a couple somethings that I want more.
Not until the roster gets thrown out by the court. It doesn't have some of the features that it would take to be on the roster. It whets my appetite here in California whilst I await delivery of my P232.
What would be the cost of that Browning?
Wonder if it will be available in California?

Possibly but, with the American Rifleman listed MSRP of $670.00 - that'd be a long fall to wait for.It will be $400 street price within a year, me thinks, and then I will buy one.

Hmm, Buds has it as $515 retail. I can get around 30% off on most but at $670 list that is still a bit much for what it is.
