After recently switching to Browning Buckmarks, I has a little misshap. I lost a spring during cleaning. So I went to the local gun shop to buy a new one, and was advised to call Browning and have them fix it. It was my fault, and I was willing to pay. So I called Browning, and the phone was answered immediately by a freindly rep. After taking my information, she told me they were shipping the part out immediately, for free. The whole thing took 5 minutes on a toll-free line. I am not only very impressed with their products, but their service is top-notch!!
