Building a LR-308

So I decided I'm going to build a LR-308 type rifle. My LGS has a POF 308 lower I'm gonna pick up to start off. But I had a few questions:

1. Can you use standard AR15 lower small parts? Trigger too?

2. Any tips to keep it lightweight? I'll be putting a ACOG TA11E on it I think

3. Are there any other good stocks besides the PRS?

4. Any place to get a cheap 16" bare barrel?

5. Any place to get a chrome bolt group?
