I'm 100% happy with American Spirit Arms for non-supressed. With a can I need to wear a bandana to keep my lips from being powderburned. It is a piston gun but the silencer acts as a big gas booster.

I ordered a new scope mount. It has the quick release levers on the right side, out of the way of the side charger. The mount is made for a 30mm tube and was supposed to come with inserts for a one inch tube. Well the inserts were not in the package. I called the Co. and they said they would ship the inserts right away. Monday the first I got a priority package. Instead of getting the inserts there were two AR barrel nuts in the package.
I yesterday and the lady told me that she didn't know what had gone wrong . She told me that the inserts would be shipped out right away.
Now I have two extra barrel nuts.

I did take advantage of the fourth of July sales and ordered a RISE Armament RA-140 3.5lbs trigger and a set of KNS pins. Got both for less then $100. The trigger came in today and it took me about 10 minutes to swap out the fire control group.

While 308 ARs basically redesign the whole thing and each vendors build their own, you would think they would offer side charging handles while there are enough interest out there! Not really! Are they saying just go buy a M14, G3 or FAL? they don't think they can compete? or they simply feel the AR charge handle is sexy!
