After looking everywhere I have decided to build one. This is the setup, p226 and TLR2. Easily switchable from OWB to IWB, but mostly designed for IWB until TX gets open carry. I am making a somewhat clone of the ever popular Raven Phantom. I could never wait that long for a holster, it bothers me that they wont just hire another person instead of letting it backlog for 4 months.

I have all of the tools necessary and am expirenced with their uses so Im not lost when it comes to building stuff.

This is the plan: :D

This is the holster style. The only thing I am going to change is that I am going to fold over the muzzle area instead of using 2 seperate sheets.

I will be using very thin Concealex in .06 thickness (Carbon Fiber) because it will be IWB I dont want a beefed up holster.

I am going to use 8 chicago screws with 1/4" heads to apply retention pressure and to allow adjustment of clip location.

Since apparently concealex makes bad clips im going to buy some nice metal ones, I am going to hang 2 of these one on each side side of the holster to go up and over the waistband and hook to the belt.

And the best part is it will only cost me about $15 to make and I will have supplies left over for perhaps a matching iphone case. What do yall think?

That style is my specialty. You can see many of my holsters on other threads in this section. I really enjoy it. The fact that the extra money I make off of it pays for my training courses, and ammo is a big bonus.

How did your experiment go? I found it's not that difficult but you'll end up spending way more than you thought you would.

Here's my first attempt. Glock 19 and TLR-1s. I've been carrying it everyday for the past 3 months. It disappears under a t shirt.
