Does anyone know what the numbers, eg, 01-01, 01-02, 1-2, on the plastic follower on the bulgarian waffel mags being sold by K-Var represent? If these numbers represent manufacturing dates, and the dates are not pre-ban, people who purchase these, who live in a number of states whose AWB statutes are still in effect, are breaking the law-to say the least. No guessing please-factual feedback needed...
