Burris speed bead

Anyone ever use the Burris speed bead? Did you like it and what were the pluses and minuses of it?

If the target is a moving one, than anything that distracts your vision from the target is a mistake - if the target is stationary, it MIGHT help

I have shot one for both steel as well as for clays and it was very fast on the steel but on clays I tended to ignore it altogether. I will likely add one to my 3 gun shotgun but for birds I will stick with the regular beads on the rub.
