I got some of the 158 SWC at a retailer in Mo about 4 years ago. The initial impression was that the bullets looked good. Then I started loading some, and found that in the box I got there was a difference of .05 in crimp groove location. I called the company, and was told they were aware of the issue and that they used 2 different mold sets, and some of the end runs were mixed between sets and had been sent out inadvertantly. He also stated that the issues had been resolved. The gentleman I talked to asked for my name and address, and where I had purchased the bullets. A few days later the UPS truck pulled up, with 2 boxes and a note apologizing for the poor quality of the original purchase.
Heck yeah I'll use them again. If I ever get back down in Missouri.

You can't beat great customer service. It seems to be all through the shooting industry. Makes me wonder how good it would be to have customer service like this on everything else we have to buy.
