Where's the best place online? Preferably somewhere that gives a C&R license discount. I was really surprised that it appears as if MidwayUSA doesn't offer the 550B (unless I'm a moron at searching their website.)

Graf's has it but it doesn't come with a caliber conversion kit like I've seen other places.

So... where would I find the best deal (given my new C&R license)?

Thanks.

I'm unaware of where you can get the best deal on one.
I bought mine a few years ago, while brian enos was still giving 10% discounts.
I'd recommend buying it from brian, even if you had to pay more, just because he will chase down anything you may need, and he's just generally a great source of info, and a damn nice guy.

Keep in mind that dillon prices increase jan 1, so as long as you buy before that, you'll be getting a 5% discount.
Watching the old blue press prices, the sooner you buy, the more you save.
I paid $250 or thereabouts a few years back, now the bare press is $330.

Purchase at Graf and Sons

Graf is the place you want to purchase from http://www.grafs.com/ . The shipping is included. I purchased my 550B from them and was very please with the deliver and technical help. I would always recommend them to anyone. Good prices too!

Brian Enos pays shipping on dillon orders over $400. Buy the 550 and another cal. conv. kit or some other needed extras.

Graf and sons screwed up every order I got from them.
Seriously, check out brian enos' website.
Call him up if you have questions.
You should never pay for shipping if you are buying a dillon press and spending $400, no matter who you buy it from.

I have ordered $$$ worth of stuff, including a MEC 9000G and Grafs has never messed up anything. Must be lucky, I guess.

Their Customer Service people are tops, very responsive when I have questions about things they sell.

Another happy Graf user. Dry Creek purchased several moulds and I also purchased things for my personal use. Not the first problem.

I do believe if I wanted a new 550 or some such I'd either go with Dillon or Brian. Just my two..........Creeker
