C&R application Question o_O

Hello guys... i just recieve my C&R application today and...i have a question, in bold letter it read

full name__my_real_name___

Position and Social Security Number_____???________ __555-55-5555

my question is...what should i put in the position line?

It doesn't apply so it's Not Applicable. If you were opening a business you'd put "owner" "partner" , whatever.

I've seen some people put "self" too. It really doesn't matter for C&R.
