C&R Change of Address Q

Hey all. I have a quick question on the ATF change of address form. Line 20 says "Hours of Operation and/or Availability of Business/Activity."

It doesn't seem like it would apply to a C&R, so I called the licensing center and the lady I spoke to say something like "Well, put N/A or C&R ... wait this is a collectors license? Just send us a signed letter with the new address."

Anywho, curious if anyone has some insight on this and/or know which is correct. Thanks.

Slight change of subject; I live in an area hit by the twisters sunday. Tonight an inspector from ATF called me and asked if I and my c&r needed any help from ATF due to storm damage. She said if I needed any assistance they would be glad to help. I missed out on the storm, luckily, but I thanked them for the offer. Wondered if anyone else got a call?
