C&R: good for some otherwise banned guns?

Are Marble Safety Axe Co. 'Game Getter's covered by C&R licenses? They are smoothbores less than 18", but are certainly old enough to qualify. Any solid info? Thanks!

A C&R designation does not exempt a gun from NFA rules. If it's a SBR, it's still NFA.
