how soon before they start work camps and burning bibles and books???

Why how thoughtful and considerate those California state legislators are. Sort of reminds me of every time they vote themselves pay raises, extra job perks, and exemptions from any number of laws that effect their fellow citizens. And we need these self-serving politicians for what exactly? Oh yeah, to make our lives better and safer!

How Orwellian! In "Animal Farm", the final sole commandment became "All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others."

I guess the legislatures in CA figured ol' George had it right. Of course, "Animal Farm" was a parody on Stalinist Russia.

Yes, some web sites are re-publishing a 2011 article.

It refers to bills from Rod Wright - SB 465, and SB 610.

465 failed.

610 passed and was chaptered, but that language was deleted from the final bill.

Unconstitutional. Violates the 2nd and the 14th Amendments.

It is unbelievable how arrogant and hypocritical liberal politicians can be.

On second thought, it isn't. :barf:

Thanks Librarian, maybe the mods will see your post and lock the thread as it appears some don't see that it is no longer a pertinent or topical discussion.
