Can anyone I.D. this P-38 holster?

Well, maybe it's not even a P-38 holster?
But a friend bought a Very Nice AC-42 P-38 in it the other day for $350.



* Soft leather.
* The holster appears to have had the gun in it for a long time from the guns outline showing in the leather.
* It has two belt loops on the back.
* No markings anywhere except a crude 38 in light blue paint inside the flap.

My Google-Fu has turned up nothing.

Sorry for the poor photo, but that's what he sent me when he took it back home after I cleaned & safety checked it for him.

No. That's all he sent me back.

But there is nothing to see on the back except two belt loops.
And the crude paint marked 38 inside the flap.

I should have taken better photos of it while I had it in my hands.
But I didn't.

At a glance, it looks very similar to a Cz52 holster.... Is the mag pouch a bit too large for a P38 mag?

I actually didn't try a mag in it.

I will scope out CZ-52 holsters though.

I almost sure its not a P-38 holster I have one an original one its not to like you" rcmodel " not to know im sorry I could not help and thank you for all the great help for all those members you have given ....I always trust your knowlge thank again for all the help it looks like a 45cal 1911 holster with a magazine holder I have one with out the mag holder looks simuler
