I have a double barrel, double trigger, 12Ga shotgun with what appears to be a one piece double barrel. The barrel is 30 inches long, blued, and has the lettering "Test Proofed 12 GA" stamped on the left barrel near the breech. Also there is a finely ribbed area between the barrels running the full length with a little bead on the front. There is a manufacturers name stamped on the plate above the trigger housing which was improperly stamped so that the only part of the name that is readable is "Company", Chicopee Falls, Mass. Patented April 20, 1915. There is a serial number; X18620 stamped on several of the breech parts and on the inside of the receiver grip. The receiver lock also has the initials W.A.P.T. stamped on it. It also has a very small square with short lines radiating from the flat sides stamped in several places on the metalwork. The Stock and receiver grip/lock are solid walnut. I have all this information, but I still don't know who manufactured the gun or when it was made. Any help would be appreciated.

The last one looks closest, but I can't tell from the pictures if any of them break apart for carrying/storage. Mine seems to have a shorter grip which also acts as a lock/unlock lever to break apart the barrel from the firing mechanism. Also not visible in photos is a safety lock just below break open lever on top of the breach.
