Well I have the loadmaster 3006, which I kind of forgot about when I first posted. Thst said 3006 recipes using Varget are a bit sparse and the loadmaster book is from 2005 and likely the last edition of the Hornady Manual.

Understand that the above load data is EXTREMELY conservative. USGI M72 Match ammo with a 174gr FMJBT bullet is moving at over 50fps faster than the above "max" load. Personally, I would use a load consisting of 48.0gr of Varget with the above bullet. Just MHO.
