Can the breach be removed from the Scout Carbine?

I just trying to find out if the breach can be removed from the barrel of my 54 caliber scout carbine? I have removed the breach plug already. thanks

TC has pretty good parts diagrams on their web site I don't think they are made for regular removal like some inlines.
