Can I make this revolver:

Taurus 605B3 357 3" FS Blued

Into this revolver, with regards to the concealed hammer?

Taurus 605 Concealed Hammer, .357Mag, 2in, Blue

The one with the concealed hammer is out of stock, and I wanted one now so I bought the hammer version. Also, on the concealed hammer, does it expose the hammer when you pull the trigger? It doesn't look like it is 'shrouded', like I've seen many others.

Input appreciated.

You can either have the hammer sput removed or swap out for the DAO hammer.
The hammer wont be shrouded, but it won snag on the draw.

thanks. That's the impression that I got, but I didn't really know the answer.

Another question, why does every single picture of a 2" barrel look the same length as the 3" barrel, even on the website for Taurus?

Stock photos???

On that particular revolver, the hammer is not truly concealed, just cut off and faired flush with the frame and no single-action cocking notch. It will rise out of the frame when you pull the trigger. You can get a spurred hammer model, remove the spur and have a functionally identical revolver.
