CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS GARBAGE?

Mike Beliveau aka duelist1954, who makes videos on black powder AND modern guns, has been ordered by his local township to stop shooting on his rural property aka what Mike calls on his videos "Duelist Den", because Mike has no house on the property (and because it's land in a conservation area Mike CANNOT build a permanent structure on his property). So Mike has been ordered to shut down his "shooting range". He has been cited for not having high enough berms, nor a proper parking lot, nor has he kept a round count, nor does he have a "lead abatement plan" and here's the worst part, Mikes outdoor area has "no exhaust fans"..... REALLY ?? NO EXHAUST FANS AT AN OUTDOOR AREA.....

Mike Needs Help!

My 0.02 cents on your comment: If I were his neighbor, I would be nervous about his activities. Not because I am "Anti anything", but for the safety of people around. I do not know if he shoots wax bullets, or lead projectiles, but a high berm or some kind of backstop to mitigate a stray bullet is/should be in place.
I do not know the facts, but if there are houses around, I kind of understand the concerns. Now, exhaust fans, that's kind of silly, but if there is a lawyer, or pacifist among the plaintiffs, he is done!
BTW, I did entertain the idea of a piece of land where I could "shoot my guns", but I decided to pay for a membership on a range facility instead, so they can deal with the nonsense.
