Not exactly.
The 9mm para case is longer so the dies won't quite size the .380 case enough and the case rim is a different size.
I can't verify this but I've heard that a .223 die will size a .380 with no need for an expander ball.

I am not a expert but i would say no.. Different length to the case although they are basicly the same round will have a lot to differ from one to the other
Thanks everyone for the info. I'm just going to have to get a set of dies. As it turns out, I already happen to have the shell plate for my projector press, as it is the same for the 223.
Now you can deprime/decap with a set of 9 dies but that would be as far as it would go... So if you had a bunch of each caliber to deprime/decap i wouldnt change that die out...
