canelure tool ?

I have both the Corbin and the CH4D Cannelure tools, and I prefer the CH4D tool for my use in putting cannelures on the bullets I swage.

My buddy has a 1960 something Herters cannelure tool we share.

He probably paid $10- $15 bucks for it at a gun-show junk table 25 years ago!

I have also seen a couple of pretty ingenious homemade ones.
One from a cheap manual can opener, and one from a copper tubing cutter.

Thanks guys ! Holy Crap ! those aren't $30 bucks anymore, :eek: I need a shooting buddy to half it with! Yeesh :(
the CH4D seems simple enough and exactly what I'm looking for. It will have to wait until hunting season is over.:D
