Can't get mags shipped from Europe any longer?

According to a French company I was talking to, a new EU law enacted Dec 15th said they cannot ship magazines to the US anymore. I do not know if that means shipping to an individual or complete export ban, but that does not sound like good news.
 
I doubt this is true. So I guess they can't ship guns with magazines with them anymore, huh?
