Capping a Walker

My straight line capper I use for my ROA doesn’t work on my Walker. Anyone have recommendations for capping a Walker? I’ve just been putting them on by hand.

I cap by hand all my percussion revolvers. I just find it easier. A capper is just another item to keep track of in the kit.

Good Morning,
I use a couple of those Ted Cash 'Snail' cappers. Keep the 10s in one and the 11's in another. Works great for the Walker and the other Cap and Ball revolvers I own.

The "polish capper" is the best that I own. It still is not perfect, though, and took quite a bit of time and money. I use it about 80 percent of the time, then get irritated and use my fingers.

I also use a snail capper for all my revolvers, 1851,1860, Walker and ROAs.
