Got 300 pieces of primed Norma 223 brass, a few necks are dinged a bit and I want to run them through the expander to get the necks in shape,

What’s your preferred lube for this so I don’t have any sticky residue when I powder and seat a bullet, I tried a bit of Rcbs spray in the die and it worked but left a residue and my bullet seating pressure was noticeably variable

Do you have a M die by chance? That's what I'd do, run it through the M die without any lube. Otherwise, any of the main lubes are inert and won't affect anything, but they'll all leave some sort of residue.

Nope, but that imperial dry lube looks good, thanks

A wax lube will be your best bet .
Do you have a tube of Lee case lube lying about ... it is a wax type metal forming lube that goes on easily , dries and will not contaminate . Wipes off easily and isn't greasy or messy ... when dry it works best and just takes a minute to dry , apply with fingers and/or a Q-Tip to get inside case necks .

I’ve tried just about every lube on the market as well as the lanolin mix, and what I use now is 1 ½ oz of Hornady LIQUID one shot (not the wasteful aerosol) mixed with 12 oz of red Iso-Heet. The liquid does not affect primers or powder, no post-lube cleaning required. Just a couple sprays in a ziplock bag, shake, let the alcohol evaporate for 15 minutes, and reload. Leaves a nice slick (NOT sticky) coating on the brass that stays for weeks stored in another ziplock. How I came about this is another story….but this mix really works great.

I would use the same lube I use on everything; Mink Oil Boot Dressing Cream. As with any lube, don't get too much inside the neck or down into the case...

Grind the decap tip off your lee neck size die and no lube needed

any would work, carbide die and you don't need lube if you have one, but whatever you use don't get any around the primer is what I would focus on.
