Cast Bullets Ready to Reload?

In general, they are.

That can be good or bad. Good if they are the right size and you like the lube; bad if not.

I don't like bevel base cast bullets. They are easier to reload but I have always gotten better accuracy from plain base cast bullets.

Nearly every caster sells their bullets sized/lubed and ready to load. They may show pictures on their web site of raw bullets from the mold, this is to show the mold shape best and usually those pix come from the mold maker.
If in doubt, ask the vendor.
Some vendors have the option of sizing in different range of sizes, or different lubes or no lube if you want to molycoat.

Anyone selling bulk unsized/unlubed raw bullets will probably sell them very cheap but if you don't have a lubrasizer it's not worth it.
