Recommended Backup Gun Holster
Over the last 30 years I've tried carrying various backup gun holsters in lots of different locations and nothing felt right until I got the one Calibre Press used to sell. It sews onto your vest cover, which essentially makes it one unit with your vest. Since I've had it, I never went to work without my backup gun holster because I never worked the streets without wearing my vest. I can also say the same about my partners who also purchased the holster.
I was always concerned about vest holsters and taking a ricochet or bullet fragments should my backup gun take a direct hit. This particular holster comes with a ballistic fragmentation plate that minimizes any chance of getting injured in such an event. The holster's not perfect, but for me it addressed all that was important to me and my partners: comfort, security, accessibility and concealment.

Update.... Found the LCP holster I have been looking for. I have already purchased about 4 different types, but this is by far the best.
