Decent pricing, even with HAZMAT fee. These are on APS strips. Anybody use that system to prime?

I have bought and used these before..despite not having the need for the APS strips. The price was more than fair, so I just pushed the primers out of a few strips when I needed them. The packaging is also nice with these as it makes them small and compact....not like the Federal packaging!

As far as the 650 comment, I believe he was pushing the primers out of the strips and then going through the regular primer procedures. I do not believe that a 650 can be configured to use APS strips? I don't know how it would possibly work.

Thanks for the heads up, I have the RCBS Pro 2000 which uses these strips. I really like the APS priming system and these are a bargain ( ordered 10 boxes). Cabelas locally gets $45.00/k plus tax ( not the strips) so I feel like I just hit the jackpot :) . This with my 8 lbs of Bullseye from Bass Pro Shop should keep me stocked for a while. Again, Thanks for sharing.

The price is nice. :)

For that price, I'd push them out by the hundred into original primer boxes I keep.
I keep about 20 original primer boxes w/plastic holder just for the heck of it.!!!
What would it take someone to transfer them from the strips to a tray original package?? 10-15 mins if you go slow???

I hate the strips, but love the price and don't mind a little extra work...:D

Hard to pass a good deal if you need them.....

TxD

Hey, the strips cost $19.39/k and the loose packed are $30.49/k. It's well worth the few seconds it takes to push the primers out of the strips to save $11.10/k buy buying the primers in APS strips. Saving 37% is a huge savings!

They must really be having trouble selling these or something. How troublesome is it to pop them out, Im seriously thinking about it at that price?

Someone put the wrong order in and there hung w/them I bet? That's a killer deal! Thanks

Guess Im about to find out how hard they are to pop out of the strips because I just ordered 3 boxes. Thanks OP.

They'll come out easily. A year or two ago when things started getting tight, I bought several thousand LPP in strips just because I thought that if I needed to I could just pop em out and use them the conventional way... Before I knew it I converted over to that system and haven't looked back. I love APS strips for many reasons and that is a killer price!

That's a great price these days.

If a reloader needed 10K, it's a sweet deal.

5K? Decent deal, after hazmat and shipping.

Wow!!!
Thats a great price. Last APS strips i got were $37 a 1000
I have two ways to prime off the press. RCBS bench top aps primer
and a LEE Auto prime 2 for loose primers.
10,000 on the way.

I ordered some. First I got the order confirmation email, then a "your order is shipped" email, 18 minutes later.

I'll likely keep 5K, and give my two sons 2 1/2K each. :)

.

I got 25k for me, and 25k for various buddies.

I guess that's enough for me to buy the tool....

Not like they go bad.

I guess that's enough
Should hold you awhile, and yes, with that many, might as well buy the priming tool. I didn't think of that. Hm, now I am thinking of hogging them all and getting the priming tool. May not though. I'm cash poor and broke after buying 10K.

It is nice to see things coming around a little. :)
