Depends what you mean by full-size. The new Kahr T9 (which I understand is now available with a polymer frame as well) is "full-size" for a Kahr, but slim and trim, and very concealable. The Glock 26/27/33 series is very short, in length and height, but is fatter, and I think less concealable because of its width.
My full-size carry is usually a SIG P220. It's got an alloy frame, so it's fairly light, and its width isn't much more than a 1911. I like it. I've also carried 1911's on occasion, although they can get a bit heavy after a long day...
I mostly CCW a Glock 23, though. This is lighter and more compact than the SIG, although a bit fatter.
