CDNN Wont Ship AR Upper to WA state... What Gives?

I was planning on purchasing a LWRC upper from CDNN when I noticed that they wont ship them to WA state. The only thing in their policy about this is about M16 BCG, which the LWRC obviously does not have. I'm confused.... Anybody know?

Looks like it comes with the BCG. Maybe that's the issue even if it isn't M16?

An auto BCG does not make a firearm full-auto; the trigger group would need alteration for that. You're not the only one, though. Using a little Google-Fu, I've found this question going back to 2005 at least. It involves an ATF letter and RCW 9.41.220 and a particularly dim-witted individual.
