Changing bullets/keeping the same charge?

If you were to work up a load with 100 grain corlokt psp in a .25-06 would you feel comfortable changing to 100 grain nosler partitions with the same charge without working up?

Do not expect the two bullets to perform the same; however there should not be any problems with pressure providing you use the same COAL.

If you're not already using max loads it should be fine.

No, not at max load levels I wouldn't.

Nosler Partitions are much harder in the middle then the soft core Remingtons and pressure will very likely be higher at max load level with the Nosler Partition.

Anyway, they will not shoot the same at any charge level, so you will have to work up a load with them anyway to get best accuracy.

It's very unlikely two brands of bullets will have the same exact "sweet spot", or scope zero.
