cheap FFL transfer- baltimore city?

i'm about to buy another gun from Gunbroker.com, and i need to ship to a licensed FFL for the transfer. the shops close to me in Baltimore city want $50 to sign one paper for a 65 year old K98 rifle that's only worth $200... anyone know where or how i can get it done cheaper?
