Cheap Spotting Scope

Are there any cheap spotting scopes that will work for sighting in a rifle out to about 200 yards? I'm hoping to get something under $100 that will work for this. I've seen some at wal-mart, do I need anything too expensive just to see where I hit?

Any advice would be great.

For that price range, a Barska Blackhawk would be a good option. So you know, eye relief is very limited on them, but that holds true for most cheap spotting scopes.

I have an NC Star with a huge, like 70mm front optic and goes to 60x. I got it at a gunshow for like $119, which is close to your budget.
