Fine Figure of a Man

Has anyone had a barrel tapped for choke tubes recently and would recommend a smith? I have an extra fixed choke barrel for an 870. I want to shorten it to about 20 inches and, depending on the cost, have it tapped for choke tubes which I have. It's primary purpose will be firing popper loads when training dogs. A shorter barrel will just be more convenient. Installing choke tubes would be beneficial for shooting fliers occasionally.
