Choked Barrels.

I am looking at getting a 32" Full Choke barrel and cutting it down. If I cut it down to 18" it would no longer be choked correct (it would just be a cyl?)?

Correct. The barrel would then be Cyl. Bore (unless the barrel is back bored).

What type of SG is this barrel for?

If you must cut it, be sure to measure twice, measure twice again, then cut. I'd cut it to 19", maybe 18.5" to be sure.

The choke is normally just the last couple inches/inch of the barrel. You'll be down to cylinder bore or bigger if the barrel has been back-bored.
