I got these 3 done in time to play Santa. All three are Aldo's W2, Red/black G10 handle (10" Breaker), Ebony and ironwood (Kiritsuke style slicer) and Blue micarta (Custom Cleaver). A blade from the same batch

Thanks all!
hso, the only credit I can take on the differential is just executing on what Kevin Cashen, Larrin Thomas and Don Hanson worked so hard to figure out. The next time I clay some blades I'm going to take before and after pictures. I thought makers were joking when they claim to be able to write their names with a hamon. From what I've done here on my first attempt. Its not just possible its likely they can do it.
If anyone is wondering about the heat treat. I followed Kevin/Aldo's normalizing steps, cooled and clayed the blades then 650' F for 30minutes to set the satanite, hardened at 1465'f for 8 minutes then a quick dunk in Parks50. If the needed it I straightened them between 2 big aluminum plates then tempering was 2- 2hours runs at 300'f.
The Evenheat made that ^ child's play
