CLR and Ultra Sonic

Just going to be reloading for 45-70 now and was thinking of using my heated ultra sonic with a solution of CLR and water to clean the brass. Anyone else doing similar? So is Simple Green better? I already own the ultra sonic .

I recommend not using either, as both tend to affect the brass composition over time.

Plain water and a small squirt (no more) of dish soap to break the surface tension/clean the carbon off.
Then walnut shell tumbler if you want more surface shine. (or simply shoot as-is/clean)

My gun parts go into the Ultrasonic, my brass goes into a walnut tumbler. I don't care to deal with wet brass as its just one more step I don't want or need to do.

I agree with the above, if you decide to use the Ultrasonic, use dawn.

Ok thanks guys advice taken, and with reloading 45-70 most of the time it will just be 20 or so.
